As Head of Sales (f/m/d) International at RyseUp, you will be responsible for the visual design and implementation of our brand messages. 2. purpose of data storage and processing / legal basis (Art. 13 para. 1 lit. c) DSGVO)

We process the data transmitted by you to check your application and your suitability for the advertised position and to carry out the application procedure; the legal basis in this respect is Section 26 BDSG.

Where necessary, we also process your data on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 f DSGVO in order to protect our legitimate interests or those of third parties (e.g. authorities). This applies in particular to the investigation of criminal offenses (legal basis § 26 para. 1 sentence 2 BDSG) or within the Group for the purposes of Group management, internal communication, and other administrative purposes.

If your application documents contain special categories of personal data in accordance with Art. 9 para. 1 DSGVO, we will process these as part of the application process to exercise rights or fulfill obligations under labor law, social security law and social protection. The legal basis in this respect is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. C DSGVO in conjunction with Art. Art. 9 para. 2 lit. b DSGVO and Section 26 para. 3 BDSG.

3. necessity of the provision of the data (Art. 13 para. 2 lit. e) DSGVO)

Unfortunately, we cannot process your application without the provision of your personal data.

4. scope of the personal data

In order to process your application and offer you an employment opportunity, we process the following data (non-exhaustive list):

  • Your master data (name, surname, name affixes, nationality)
  • Contact details (private address, e-mail address, (mobile) telephone number)
  • Your professional background (training, school education)
  • This may also include special categories of personal data, such as health data, if you have included these in your CV.

Your personal data is generally collected directly from you as part of the application process. In certain constellations, your personal data is also collected from other bodies (in particular authorities) due to legal regulations. In addition, we may have received data from third parties (e.g. recruitment agencies).

Processing may also be carried out electronically. This is particularly the case if an applicant submits the relevant application documents to us electronically, for example by e-mail.

5. duration of storage and deletion (Art. 13 para. 2 lit. a) DSGVO)

Your data will be deleted 6 months after the end of the application process for the position for which you have applied unless we have hired you. If we have concluded an employment contract with you, your application data will be included in your personnel file.

6. rights of the data subjects (Art. 13 para. 2 lit. b) ff. DSGVO)

You have the right to do so at any time,

(1) in accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO, to request information from the controller (§ 1) about the personal data processed concerning you. In particular, you are entitled to information about the purposes of processing (Art. 15 (1) (a) DSGVO), the categories of personal data processed (Art. 15 (1) (b) DSGVO), the categories of recipients to whom data have been or will be disclosed (Art. 15 (1) (c) DSGVO), the planned storage period (Art. 15 (1) (d) DSGVO), the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection (Art. 15(1)(e) DSGVO), the existence of a right to lodge a complaint (Art. 15(1)(f) DSGVO), the origin of the data if it was not collected by the controller (Art. 15(1)(g) DSGVO) and the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling and, where applicable, meaningful information about its details (Art. 15(1)(h) DSGVO)

(2) pursuant to Art. 16 DSGVO, to demand from the controller (§ 1) without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate data concerning you or the completion of personal data stored by the controller (§ 1)

(3) in accordance with Art. 7 (3) DSGVO, to revoke your consent at any time – this does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing carried out until your revocation 

(4) in accordance with Art. 17 DSGVO, to demand from the controller (§ 1) the erasure of the personal data stored concerning you, in particular if this data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed or if the data was processed unlawfully. This does not apply if the processing is necessary for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims (Art. 17 para. 3 DSGVO)

(5) in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO, to demand that the controller (Section 1) restrict the processing of your personal data if the accuracy of the data is contested (Art. 18 (1a) DSGVO), the processing is unlawful, the controller no longer needs the data for the purposes of the processing, or you as the data subject have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 (1)

(6) to receive the personal data, you have provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format or to request the transmission to another controller in accordance with Art. 20 (1) DSGVO

The RyseUp devices and programs create a “PEMF+” (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field plus multiple frequencies broadcast at the same time) transmission, a technology developed and registered by RyseUp. The RyseUppulsed electromagnetic programs operate as a feature of the emerging field of “frequency science.” Frequency science has long been recognized by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and our new understanding of the homeodynamics, an example of which is the recent study of the “biofield.” The biofield has been reported by the U.S. NIH (National Institutes of Health) as an electromagnetic field emanating from all living organisms: humans, animals, and plants. This emerging field of study intends to provide a scientific foundation for understanding the complex homeo-dynamic relationship of living systems. Currently, the U.S. National Institutes of Health posts more than 400 academic papers investigating the biofields of living organisms, focusing on the human biofield. RyseUp frequencies and devices have been designed as wellness devices and programs to provide a low-level energetics experience of the interaction between the RyseUp devices and programs as they resonate with the biofield. Although many have enjoyed a wellness experience with RyseUp—promoting rest and relaxation, meditation, and other moderating energetic experiences—it must be stressed that this area of energetics still is theoretical and should not be relied upon to replace consultation with your physician or other wellness practitioner. RyseUp devices are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent disease, disease-like or other medical conditions. If you are under the care of a doctor or other healthcare practitioner, you should consult your doctor or wellness advisor before using RyseUp.
