Expectations are vitally important when it comes to abundance and prosperity. The Law of Attraction teaches us that we are inclined to receive exactly what we expect in life.
If the Law of Attraction is something that you have studied, then you will undoubtedly know that this signifies that your thoughts and emotions release an energetic frequency into the Universe.
There may be different things that are vibrating at the same frequency, if so, these will be pulled into your reality.
For example: if you produce low vibrations like anger, fear, or cynicism, you will attract corresponding experiences and events. If you produce higher vibrations like joy, love, and passion, you will again attract corresponding experiences and events.
Another important part of this process involves your expectations. Perhaps you can remember expecting something in the past that did indeed happen.
Sometimes we do this in a positive way, by saying things such as: “Today is going to be a great day, I can feel it in my vibes!” and sometimes we do it in a negative way: “I just know that today is going to be one of those days.”
Expectations can be very powerful, particularly if they are supported with firm assurance and steadfast.
Listed below are three simple steps to follow in order to help you to learn to expect the best, and receive only the best.
#1. In the first instance, it is vitally important to learn to expect only the very best out of every situation. It is true that this can be challenging if you do not have full control of your thoughts at the present time.
If by some reason you have not yet developed a strong focus and are still learning, then you will most likely keep wavering backwards and forwards between random thoughts and focused thoughts, until you learn to train your mind. It is just a case of continuing until you are successful.
#2. It is highly important to avoid negative talk at all times. Negative talk simply means complaining, arguing, or bad predictions. Anything that could lower your emotions or contradict your positive expectations is, of course, negative.
If other people try to include you in a conversation of negative talk, you must be firm in order to avoid it, remember that you are not being rude, you are simply being positive. It is vital that you also limit the amount of time that you spend with negative people, because it will carry a vibration.
#3. It is the most vital thing that you be positive in thinking that your expectation will come true. You may wonder how to “know” when you really don’t know yet! If it hasn’t yet happened, how can you be sure it will?
This type of knowing is based solely on faith. Remember that you are choosing to know. It might take a short period of time to get comfortable with this, but once you have adapted then it does become much easier.
In order to truly know, it is necessary to completely banish doubt and disbelief from your mind. When they appear, simply push them out of your mind and tell yourself again that you know that your expectation will happen.
Your ability to attract what you desire in life can become much more simple if you only follow these three simple steps, and when the actualizations start appearing in your life, then it will be possible for you to add that much more faith and confidence to your expectations, which will make them much more effective!
Unfortunately there are some people that may believe that they do not have the strength or confidence to undertake these steps.
But remember that thought and thinking are simple mental processes that will allow you to deal with your life effectively according to your personal goals, desires and plans.
Once you have put your mind to it, anything is possible, so attempt to be strong, confident and expectant and the things that you desire in life will come to you.
