We might not apply all of them, but they’re there whenever we choose we would like to. Nonetheless, during the course of our lifetimes, a lot of us get scared by what might be milling around behind those doors.
We have not opened them to peek since we are certain it must be something scary – so we lock away the door tight, board it up, and stuff heavy pieces of furniture in front of it. Even if chance DID knock, we would not be able to detect the door, not to mention open it up.

The foundation of self-improvement begins with affirmations. Upbeat and encouraging phrases encourage the positive thoughts, feelings and actions that you need to bring your goals to fruition.
You can reprogram yourself for victory with the correct use affirmations, or you can program yourself for defeat by using the wrong or incorrect affirmations.
How you phrase your affirmation is a big part of how your mind receives it. You should always phrase it in a positive, here and now way and with conviction. For example, “I am fit and healthy” is much better to say than “I don’t want to be fat”.
